You are very welcome for the images.
I visited St. Francis today to learn how their records from both St. John's and St. Ann's (merged with St. John's years ago) can be accessed and I will post all the information here for anyone interested.
St. Francis has St. John's records for baptisms (12/1841 to 1978 with some from 1851 being lost), marriages (9/1861 to 1978) and deaths (possibly 1922-1925 and 1942 to 1978).
They also have St. Ann's baptisms (1867 to 1978), marriages (5/1867 to 1978) and deaths (1945 to 1978).
The records for earlier years are in Latin, very fragile, and have never been photocopied. Some very basic information is available to the staff by computer (such as whether the family is on record), but accessing the records is extremely time consuming and they do not allow direct access by researchers. If you need information from St. John's or St. Ann's you are advised to email the church secretary at:
patricia.baker59@gmail.com with all the specifics of the record you need, but there is no timeframe within which to expect a reply. They do not have staff or funding to improve the process as of now and are doing the best they can. There is no suggested donation for a record.
I was also told that death records are probably not very useful as only the date of death and place of burial and possibly the next of kin are shown on the record. This is true for St. James' records too.
Sorry this wasn't more helpful and you probably will want to look for records from the City of Albany. Good luck with your research.
