Yes, erroneous records can be unattached, but I am kind of anal about not attaching unless I'm sure. As a result, I have 6 pages of shoebox saves.

I made another post specifically about church records from St Francis asking if anyone knew of the contact person for records. If I don't hear anything on that, I'll call back next week and ask for the email address of the person.

I had noticed that some of my great grandfathers other kids were listed as boards in later records, but the "do" was driving me nuts as to what terminology they were using; again, I get a little anal sometimes about needing to know things exactly.
