Thank you to those who helped. This what I do know so far and if anyone can add to this it would be appreciated.

Grandfather: Joseph H Walter B abt 1884- D 1953
Born in New Jersey. Was supposedly married to a Lizzie Seagul (not sure of spelling) and had 2 children Raymond and Joseph. Married Angelina Van Dyk and had 7 children, Mary Ellen (Helen), Doris, Howard, Robert, Joan, Charles and Evelyn. I have no information on my grandfather prior to his marriage to my grandmother Angelina.

Grandmother: Angelina Van Dyk B 1896 D 1979. Born in New Jersey. Her parents were Edward Van Dyk and Bertha Pimblott.
I am told she had a child that died in infancy, female possibly by the name Bertha Alice. She had 7 other children with my grandfather Joseph.

I would like to find out if Joseph Walter was indeed married prior to his marriage to Angelina Walter. Did he have siblings? Who were they?

I would like to know more about Edward Van Dyk my grandmother's father. Also any information about John Van Dyk's death, he is the brother of Angelina Van Dyk. He died in September of 1917.

I know I am asking a lot and I appreciate the help. Since I live in NC it is difficult to get much information from here.
