You really think she was only 16 when they married? Wow. I just don't see that too often.
I used family search to try to narrow things down.
"New Jersey, County Marriages, 1682-1956," index and images, FamilySearch (

United States Census, 1830," Wm Ackley, Hamilton, Gloucester, New Jersey
I found their marriage as you stated, and see it was performed by a Wm. Ackley, Justice of the Peace. I found both Wm. Ackley and Wm. Rambo in the 1830 census in Hamilton, Gloucester County, which today is part of Atlantic County, but at that time still part of Old Gloucester. Don't think it was set off until about 1837.
That puts them down nearer to Atlantic City, and since that township shares a long border with Cumberland co, I'd expect her to be from an adjoining area or Maurice River or some place like that. I'd try searching for them also in Atlantic county records.
The Van Immans aka Vannemans/Venemans etc, crossed from Delaware into Salem County and Gloucester counties in the late 1600s, but on the western/river side of the state at first. However some of the old original families of Swedes, Dutch, Finns moved down to Maurice River or Great Egg Harbor in early days, so those are the groups I'd look for, and any associated names.
