My great grandfather Freeman Sydney Tucker was the mayor of Florence in the early 20th century. He also, according to his bio, served 2 terms in the state legislature. I've found a lot of newspaper articles that mention him; he and The Daily Bee didn't particularly get along. But I have as yet to find a decent photo of him as newspapers didn't rely on imagery back them. I have a photocopy of a photocopy of a photo that's really horrible, but nothing else. I've scoured the internet thinking it shouldn't be too hard something but no luck. Can anyone suggest an archive where I might be able to find a photo?
