My gf died in Douglas Co in the 30's.
His DC gives Name, DOD, POD, and COD.
In addition it gives his occupation, father's name & POB, mother's name & POB.
Name of informant (usuially a relative) & address, name of undertaker, name of cem. & date of bur.

Once you know the place of burial, you might want to contact the cemetery, to see if they can provide any additional info. Some years ago, I hit the "mother-load". The cemetery rec not only contained the usual info, but also the names of any close surviving relatives!

Word of caution - Veracity of Info on cert. depends on info given and info recorded. Usually great, but sometimes....for instance my father's cousin d. in MN and the mother listed was actually her aunt!
