I used to live in Havre, Mt. Hill County. It is possible that John Faber migrated from Gallatin county to Hill County , as there are MANY Faber's there as well as in Malta, Chinook, Cleveland and Big Sandy, Mt. They are farmers and rancher's. Hope this helps!
