Would appreciate very much if someone would do a census lookup for me for the above Cobbs. My GGGrandmother, Palestine Cobb Lawson always said she moved to Tn in a covered wagon but family did not believe her. This week I received her death certificate and it says she was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Jim Cobb and Sus Derrin 6 Dec 1858. It is possible that it might be found under James Cobb, Jim Cobb or James Durham Cobb.I am told this is the county it was located in in 1850 and 1860. I am almost housebound because of an 89 year old Mother or I would look it up myself. Please let me express my utmost appreciation for this info.
