Sondra, I am also a descendant of Louis Partney and Theresa Delcour. I am hoping that you are the Sondra that posted the Jefferson County Poor Farm story at Rootsweb. What a fabulous story! Sarah Partney is Elijah Partney's, my great, great grandfather, sister.
