I was just doing a quick glance to see what info I could find on Ancestry first. I live in St. Louis, and I might be able to find something, but I wanted to get some more info first. I think you are mistaken about the 1900 census. I found the 1930 census which states the years they were married when they were 19. So that would put their marriage year in 1910. I found a 1920, 1930 and 1940 census and his WWI Draft card (which I am sure you have all of these). I will look and see if I can find the 1900 census here in Missouri and see if I can find a birth record. If I find anything, I will let you know.
