I am seeking information re the the descendants of Michael and John Mc Dermott born in Carrowkeel,Ballisodare Co.Sligo Ireland and who emigrated to St Louis
John Mc Dermott born circa 1874 ,emigrated circa 1892, died 1931. He was married to Julia circa 1903 and had one son Tracy McDermott. Julia died in 1937.
Michael McDermott born circa 1886,emigrated 1900, died 1956. ( address Wabada Ave) He was married to Gertrude circa 1918 who died 1966. They had three children Walter born circa 1919, Mary. born circa 1922 and Edward born circa 1927. Michael McDermott was employed by United Drug Co.
While surfing the net for information I came across 2 message postings by a woman named Marilyn (McDermott)Nored in 2001
one message was on the Cleary message board seeking information on her grandfather Michael McDemott from Ballysadare,Co. Sligo Ireland.
The second message was on a People Search Board .Marilyn in this message was looking for a High School friend named Rick Dowler who in 1976 attended Hazlewood,Central High School. The email address that Marilyn gave is no longer valid
