My husband remembers an "Aunt Hazel" probably from Putnam Co. MO.
He visited her in Delaware in July of 1966. He also remembers an "Aunt Belle" and a family of Blankenships. His memory is hazy. He was in the military at the time on his way to Germany, later to Vietnam.
Sounds like we may have connection here. Bert thinks Aunt Hazel was his grandfathers sister.
