Oh what a bummer!! Thank you for the information. Is there another way to verify births? My gg-gf listed his birthday 9 years off from his WW1 draft record to his WW2. I'm sure that the first is right, but want to assure myself that the 2nd is him. LOL (everything else fits). I'm still desperately seeking his parents... I know I'll find them someway.
