While I don't have an exact death date for Jane Rodgers Scott, I do have further information on Allen Scott (1836-1912). He is in the 1860 census in Nodaway Co, Missouri and the 1870 and 1880 in Worth Co, Missouri. By 1890 he is listed on the Veterans's Schedule in Red Willow, Nebraska. About that same time he married a woman named Louisa Maria (last name unknown). In 1900, they were living in Mendocino Co, California and 1910 in Harlan Co, Nebraska. Allen died abt 1912 and is buried in Deaver Cemetery, Beaver City, Furnas Co, Nebraska. I know there were other Scott family members living in Furnas Co as well.

I descend through Allen's brother, Conrad Scott. Would like to share information with anyone researching the Scott family.
