I am looking for any information about William (Billy) ARNOLD born in 1930 in K.C.MO. He was later adopted by Ralph & Ivella BARNES. His name was changed to Ralph Jr. at this time (I think around 1945). I think he would have gone through school as Billy. They lived on East 9th Street. He attended Manual Training High School and was in the ROTC. Any information at all will be most appreciated. Thanx in advance.
