Thanks, I knew that to try and get the patients records you had to file a petition. I think I will give them a call and see what I can find out. Since I live in Alaska, walking through the cemetery isn't an option for me *S*, but a phone call is possible, I am also going to call and see what the proceedures for getting a petition is and the cost. I know that some don't cost anything it is just a form that is filled out and it goes before the judge and is either granted or denied, don't know if that is so it this type of request or not.
