Am looking for the family of James and Nancy Hawkins who were in Boone County in 1850. Believe he had at least 3 sons there in 1850 as well: Elijah, Joseph "Joel", and Edward. Trying to make a connection of my grandfather, Grover C. Hawkins, born in MO in 1887 and came to AR in 1904. His father was also James Hawkins. Believe that James and Nancy were possibly the great grandparents of Grover through Joseph.
