My 4th gr grandparents lived in Yalobusha Co MS from about 1830 to about 1840. One record states they lived at Sardinia and I've learned that this is an historic town that now lies beneath Lake Enid. They moved on westward to Coahoma Co MS and finally across the Mississippi River to Phillips Co AR. Mine were: William Kindel b.1781 VA d.ca1865 Phillips Co AR m.28 Jan 1800 Greene Co TN Elizabeth Webb b.1783 Greene Co NC/TN d.ca1865 Phillips Co AR. I have info on many descendants, some of whom are noted in records up to about 1845, but none were in Yalobusha Co MS after 1850, that I know of. Surnames of those marrying children of Wm & Elizabeth are: Redus, Gideon/Giddens, Crenshaw, Craig, Young. Do you suppose there may some connection between yours & mine considering my info above?
