Have you checked the U.S. Census Slave Schedules for 1850 and 1860 for Lanehart slave owners? Match up the known ages of your family members with the ages and gender of the slaves they owned.

Also check the Wilkinson County Census records during the decades that you believe they owned your ancestors for Lanehart family members -- the money amount listed under the Personal Property part of the Census will let you know the value of their slaves and give you an idea of how many they owned.
