Robert, The Desoto County Genealogical Society has a book for sale that lists cemetery incriptions for most of the cemeterys in Desoto Co (including Hernando Baptist). The book is thier publication #237 and costs $30.00. Box 607, Hernando, MS 38632-0607; or call Mon. - Wed. 10AM -3PM 662-429-1310. You should confirm the availabilty and cost before sending any money. I have Johnston relatives in that same cemetery also, but guess you are related to the Robert "Skykes" Johnston family and I have not found a connection with them to my branch of Johnstons. My Johnstons there came from Adair Co., KY in the 1840's.
