Mary Ann, Duncan St. is still there. It runs along the I-94 (Edsel Ford) Freeway. The name 'Duncan' seems to only be on a short block or two, while the rest of the street, running west towards Van Dyke, is called Edsel Ford E. It looks like it may be the service drive for the freeway. 144 would have been west of Van Dyke, probably between Townsend and Baldwin, and no doubt was taken out with all the homes in that area when the freeway went in.
