Sheridan Ave, Townsend Ave and Baldwin Avenue are located on the East Side of Detroit around Harper, Gratiot and Vandyke areas. St. Paul St also on East Side of Detroit, I think around Gratiot or off Vandyke, Not too clear about that one. Try Steve Morse again with those areas, see what you get.
