My cousin went to Coleman A. Young
Municipal Center probate court to get the will of her great grandfather who died in Detroit in 1944. This great grandfather left his heirs property in Pennsylvania. Her father, my uncle died in Aug 2012 and he paid the property taxes in this Pennsylvania property for over 60 years. Someone in Pennsylvania, who has no claim in the will, is now trying to take the property away from the family. They know there was a will. her uncle who is in his 80's now has seen it. No one has a copy. At the probate court today, the clerk was not helpful and very unfriendly,. She looked for less than 2 minutes on her computer and said there was no such probate document or will. I know that something like this would not be thrown away. Would it be in a bound volume some where???? How does my cousin get a copy of this will????
thanks
