No need to find someone to get it for you--I just ordered a naturalization record from the National Archives last week! If you go to their website and fill out the info that you have from the card, you should be able to get it. The cost was $7.50 and it arrived in 5 days (and that was with a weekend included). If they can't find the record, they don't charge you.
