The Mormon church has microfilmed the Washtenaw marriage registers. If you live in the area, the Westland, Wayne Co., Michigan branch of the LDS has the microfilm on indefinite loan, otherwise, order the film from your local LDS family history center.

I have a record from 1866 and it didn't have the parents' names-just the bridal couple, the priest and the witnesses.
