I don't have any photos of it, but am trying to get photos of all one room schoolhouses in Lapeer County, past and present. Around 1955 a tornado destroyed the school and due to the schools being annexed, Arcadia Twp never rebuilt. I will post the article as soon as I find it (I have a lot of things I am putting on computer, reducing the amount of file cabinets I have in my small apartment). Bentley was located directly across from Ewalt Road on Slattery, the steps are still there today and visible from the road in the winter. The Lapeer County Press has what is called "Sound Off". It's where you can call in a leave a short comment that later gets printed in the paper. I would suggest calling the paper or email the editor from their website with "Sound Off Comment" in subject line and see if anyone out there has a photo. Remember if you leave a phone number it will get published in paper.
