LOZEN, Robert V. - 4111 Branch Rd., age 71, died Saturday, May 3, 1975, at McLaren General Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 9 am Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Henry W. Berkemeier officiating. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Lozen will lie in state at the Leroy S. Zelley Funeral Home, N. Franklin at Bennett. Rosary will be recited at 3:30 PM Monday and Parish Rosary at 8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Losen was born in Mt Clemens, Michigan, October 12, 1903. He was a member of the UAW CIO Chevrolet Local No. 659, retiring from Chevrolet Manufacturing, November 1965, and he had been employed as a School Traffic Officer at Branch and Richfield Rds. . Surviving are: 2 sons, Robert Jr., and William, both of Flint; 6 daughters, Mrs. Elenore Travis, Mrs. Roberta Bowen, Anna Lozen, Mrs. Bernadette Parks, and Mrs. Theresa Crawley, all of Flint, Mrs. Morris (Rita) Gettleman of Otisville; 33 grandchildren; 12 grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Anna Aitkins of Mt. Morris; nieces and nephews. His wife Julia preceded him in death, October 6, 1962, and son Harold, February 26, 1970. Arrangements by the Leroy S. Zelley Funeral Home.
