No wonder you're confused -- there are quite a few William Fords (in different generations).
(1.) William the immigrant b. ca 1594-1604 was a miller who lived in Duxbury and Marshfield (he died in Marshfield 12 Sep 1676). He married "Anna," had six children; one was a daughter named "Bathsheba" who d.1689, & two sons William (Deacon) b. 1633 and d. 7 Feb 1721. Michael (my line) was b. 1643 and d. 27 Mar 1729.
(2.) William and Anna are buried in the Old Winslow Cemetery between the Webster and Winslow graves and close to the monument erected "In Memory of the Early Settlers at Green Harbor, Marshfield."
(3.) Their son Michael had two wives and nineteen children (including a William b. 1672; and a Bethsheba b. 1691 who d. 1775).
(4.) I don't have the family group sheets typed, but I would be happy to snail-mail a set to you if you're interested.
