I found a copy of Caro M Taylor's will in my papers. She died March 20, 1925, at age 73, in Massachusetts and went to probate in Guernsey County Ohio. In the will it states that Frank Belle Headly - this was her half sister & Frank D Headly, F Belle's son - Caro's maiden name was Palmer? And then there was her widowed mother's name of Caroline C. Tilton in Los Angeles? Caro might have grown up in Maine 1860-1880's as she did not marry Col Taylor until 1889. She gave Palmer Memorial Hospital $10,000?
