Lord Balitmore apparently gave grants overlapping the claims of the English court in NY, for the area around the Whorekill/Lewes Delaware today. See 1671 Cenus of the Delaware by Peter S. I am trying to ascertain if Isaac was Huguenot or if he was using a place name as an alias, so from either the Cannon of Savoy or the area in London where many Huguenots were settling. Perhaps in the interim of years since your first post, you've already solved puzzles I've just started on.
