Does anyone have any info/links to the following family?
In the name of God, Amen. I Samuel Phillips of Prince Georges County in the State of Maryland being weak in body and of sound and disposing mind , memory and understanding considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me hence do therefore make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following that is to say – First and principally I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the earth to be decently buried by my executors herein after named and after my full debts and funeral charges are paid, I devise and bequeath as follows Item 1st I give and devise to my son Richard Phillips, one dollar and no more. Item 2nd I give and devise to my son Jonathan Phillips his heirs and assigns forever one half of my Mill on the Eastern Branch and one half of six acres of land attached thereto and also one black man Hank? Selby, one feather bead and beadstead and it is also my will that a certain tract of land called Clover Farm and Elizabeth containing one hundred and seventy acres more or less which said land I sold to my son Jonathan Phillips and gave him a deed for on the third day of April one thousand eight hundred twenty four shall be the property of him the said Jonathan Phillips his heirs and assigns forever, and no more. Item 3rd I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Wilson one dollar and no more. Item 4th I give and devise unto my daughter Susan Barnes one dollar and no more. I give and devise unto my four sons and my two daughters viz Overton C. Phillips, Samuel Phillips, Henry Phillips, George W. Phillips, Eleanor P. Phillips, and Elizabeth A. Phillips to their heirs and assigns forever all the balance of my estate consisting of four hundred and forty-four acres of land more or less known and called by the name of Bealls farm and one half of my mill on the eastern branch and one half of six acres of land attached thereto as, also one negro man named Sam, one named Andrew?, one named Nick?, and one named Hans?, one woman named Ann?, one named Matilda and her child one girl named Harriet and their increase to them and their heirs forever, as also my horses, cattle, hogs, sheep, tobacco, corn, wheat and /// at home and at the mill and my household and kitchen, furniture and if I have any money or notes of hand in my possession at my death the amount is to be equally divided between my four sons and two daughters last mentioned share and share alike all of this my estate with its advantages and appurtenances may be divided or sold for cash as my four sons and my two daughters think best. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Overton C. Phillips and Samuel Phillips to be sole Executors of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me heretofore made ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereonto set my hand and affixed my seal this eighth day of May in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four.

Morsell the three subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will and made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did see Samuel Phillips the testator herein named sign and seal this will and heard him publish pronounce? and declare the same to be his last will and testament that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding and that they respectively submitted their names as witnesses to this will in the presence of the testator at his bequest and in the presence of each other.
