I'm trying to find out if Samuel Phillips / Philips and Elizabeth Ball were the parents of:

George Washington Phillips (b. 1811- d.1895)
Samuel Phillips (b. circa 1808)
Elizabeth Ann Phillips (b. circa 1810)

There were probably additional children.

George Washington Phillips left Prince George's county around 1824 (Did his father die then?) and moved to Washington, DC. He married Susan Veronica Kneller in 1837.

Elizabeth Ann Phillips married Patrick Crowley in 1833.
