I found the following abstract. It would appear as if Robenia Miller appears later in the article. You have to register and I think pay for the complete article (obit). You may want to write to one of the Carroll Co. papers and see if they have the OBIT. Try and see if Sykesville has a local paper. Call the county seat and ask the police dept.
