My g-Grandfather Alexander F. Hall lived on state line road which divided Texas and Louisiana just south of Bethany La. He had a store in a little town Dargin, Panola Co. Tx. And he lived across the road in Caddo Par. La. And yes Keatchie is a very small town in Desoto Par. La. but is very close to caddo Par. La. There was a confederate hospital and a cem. for the fallen at the Battle of Mansfield part of the Red River Campaign. I hope this helps. Charlotte
