Am searching info on the Crews Ferry that ran up and down the Rockcastle River Sometime in the mid to late 1800's.I'd like to know who owned and operated it.I think they were either the father or brother to my gggrandmother Celia Crews Elkins,whose family may of helped run things. Do Not know if it was in Rockcastle or Laurel Co. And can anyone tell me where I may search for old tax records on these establishments? Thank you Arby Durham
