Is there somewhere to find a doctor in Wayne County circa 1900-1920?

I have found a reference by an ancestor to a Doctor called
"Uncle Milt". he didn't reveal Uncle Milt's last name!

Thanks.. I know this is a shot in the dark, but am following every lead!
