Hi, all researcher, I need help in piecing together the Pierce Perry family. I received information yesterday that he is the father of my gg grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Perry who married Charles Dobson in Marshall Co, IL.

Pierce moved to Marshall county, IL from Scott county, Kentucky around 1831 or 1832. He may have moved to Scott Co, KY around 1780 where he was living in Stamping Ground, KY. Prior to KY he lived in VA. He married Charity Lucas, but I'm not sure whether it was in VA or KY. Would anyone be willing to check the marriage records in Scott Co? Thank you.

Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
