CORRECTION: In my haste in posting the new information on Shelton ROMANS and his wife I connected the wrong daughter to Shelton. He married Melinda (born 1824), daughter of Noah CLIFTON, not Lavina.

Lavina married Joshua STAMPER on April 9, 1824 in Owen County, Kentucky. She is also a daughter of Noah.
