Hello,
This would be Wickliffe Cemetery. Mrs. Marian Hammers listed this cemetery in her Volume III and gave the following location:

"Located 3/4 mile northeast of Crescent Cemetery near Cleaton, KY. All stones are down and broken, also a few sandstones. Copied December 9, 1973."

She was able to find only three stones which she listed:

They were for Robert Wickliffe d. Apr 5 1855, aged 66y & 6d.
Agnes Wickliffe who left will in Muhlenberg County probated 1867, and Fanny W. Reno who d. in 1843, age 35.

Apparently all other stones had deteriorated or were buried and not found.

I cannot answer any more questions and have never been to the cemetery. It is good that you found a death certificate.
