Do you have information on the John H Stroad age 7 living with Amanda age 19 in the 1870 Center Point PO, Monroe Co KY census?

I am researching John Howard Strode b 10 Feb 1863 and was orphaned and raised by family. He married Lydia Ann Tumelson abt 12 Oct 1886 probably in Cedar Vale, Chautaugua, Kansas.
Family tradition says he had a brother named Hugh but I haven't been able to find any more info.
John and Lydia named a son Hulet Hugh, my grandfather.
