Thanks Bob. This is the most I have been able to find out about Owen Murta. He must have just been working in Pendleton Co. and left his wife to live with her parents. I have been able to find out quite a bit about her after 1880. She married 4 more times. On her fifth marriage license she listed herself as widowed 4 times.
