I have the following based on someone else's work.

Isaac Friend, Sr., whose wife was Elizabeth Cessna, was b.ca. 1741 in PA and died 1809 in Hardin County KY. He had ten children, among them Isaac Jr.

Isaac Jr. was bca 1790 and m. in Hardin Co KY, Susanna Reed, on 24 Jan 1813. According to my records this is the only other Isaac Friend.

I have found only two children but have never checked out the pre-1850 censuses to see how many they list.

1. John R. Friend b. 22 Oct 1813, Hardin County; d. 29 Nov 1876 in LaRue County; wife Martha J. McLain. My line.

2. Rebecca Friend b.ca. 1814 m. in LaRue County KY, 27 May 1858, Silas Wilson.

Now, based on someone else's work, the children I show for Charles Friend s/o Isaac Friend, Sr., were:
Fielding b. 1806; Richard Earl 1808; Catherine 1809; Harriett; John 1815; Lydia 1816; Robert 1818; Matilda 1823; Elsie who d. at 23 years.

So Charles apparently did not have a daughter Cynthia.
