Hi Hurshel,
It's been a while since I asked you for information.

Since you are familiar with the Debord's (Deboard's-Deborde's)
Would you happen to know how Mary Ann Debord and William B Debord
were related before marriage? I assume they must be cousins but I haven't
been able to link them as the census records are so strange in the 1800's.
Early 1800's doesn't give names of spouses and children. Just free White and
free colored persons. I know Mary Ann's parents, and William's, but haven't
been able to find where the parents are linked.

Also, do you by any chance know what happened to Phoebe Debord?
She isn't in any census records after 1880 and they were living in KY.

There are so many who have William's middle Initial wrong. they give him
almost every one from A-Z, except the right one, which is B. Do you know
what it stands for?

I'm still trying to find out my grandfathers burial site, Joseph Newton Howard,
who married Martha Caroline Debord. It's a mystery where he is.

Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that you will have a very Happy New Year.

Barbara Howard Pointer
