I have names of all the children of Albert, Myrtle and Angeline and several of the others here and there.

Missing in 1870 census...though there are eight land grants over the years from 1843-1865 plus to his possible son Samuel Jr in 1883...so I'm sure it was an oversight or it simply wasn't transcribed I just have to go through page by page.

Found in 1880 Census in Martin County, KY

Now where is Samuel Moore in the 1840 census and who/where are father, mother and siblings?

1820 census : The US Census only listed the names of the heads of household and tallied the number of personnel by pre-selected age ranges. There are only three possible fathers for Samuel Moore if they still lived in Virginia at the time (between Samuel's birth and the 1820 census): Joel, Henry and Samuel Moore.

I have census image with these three outlined...and an analysis over about 3-4 pages in a word doc for the 1820 and 1830 censuses. I also have the details of his land grants in Kentucky in a word doc along with hard copies of the original warrants, surveys and grants...unfortunately, the "attach a file" doesn't support PDFs or word files...only images...and taking a snapshot of all this would probably be too large...
