Jesse, I also have heard about a girls school in this area. My Gr. Grandmother was suppose to have went to the St. Francis Accadamy for Girls when she was a young girl. My understanding this was in the Mt. St. Joseph area.{Panther, West Louisville area} I don't know if she 'boarded' there or just went to school there.I have not started a detailed search on this side of my family yet. My Gr. Grandmother was Mary Jane Robertson [possibly Robinson or Robison] married to James Henry Stinnett. Hope what little I stated helps in your search. Judy
