We are researching the parentage of our gggg grandfather, James GAston. James is first found in Monroe County, Tennessee in 1820. All records we have say he was born "somewhere" in Kentucky. We have done extensive research on the Pulaski Co., Gaston's and do not believe he was of that lineage. Accidentally found Richard Gaston in Christian Co on land grant records. Does ANYONE have any further information on Richard and his descendents/ascendants? Or any ideas of where to do further research on him. Thanks.
