Classification: Query
Surnames: Cundiff
I'm still looking for Stephen Cundiff in the 1870 Census.
His occupation was a MILLER in 1860
and 1880 - WORKS IN MILL. So, I believe he moved
to find work that's why I haven't been able to find him in the 1870 census.

I use Ancestry.Com and Heritage Quest Online Census to find people in the census.
I just finally found William CUNDIFF and his wife ANGELINE and also THEO CUNDIFF, William's son, and his wife MARGARETT G. (Gabbard) in the 1870 census.

I found out several weeks ago I could use Heritage Quest tOnline Census Index hrough my local library and it's free using my library card.

I think Theodore is your line, right?
This is the best census. It actually gives the county where they were born.

I'm typing it as it was written including the " for the county in which they were born.

ENJOY!
Nancy
