Carolyn,
I have never found an 1890 Census for Kentucky. I think they burned. I finally found Letitia in the 1910 census:

1910 Census 4 Wd., Mag. Dist. #1, Breckinridge, KY
Series: T624 Roll: 467 Page: 42
SD 4, ED 4, SH 3B Enum. 20 April 1910

LN 88 19 Brickey, Tisha? Head F W 78 wd 9/9 KY KY KY English Farmer Gen Farm OA
Taylor, Rhoda Cook F W 69 S KY KY KY Cook Home W

2 doors away is son Gabe.
Does someone have her death certificate to verify her birth date? The 1900 census left me with questions. These mysteries are what keep me so intrigued with genealogy, I really enjoy the story of people's lives. Please see my above posting to Francis re: Burdett/Hambleton issue. I think Gabriel was married twice. Now if the marriage bonds/records would only surface.

Thank you
