The Danville Boyle County African American Historical Society, organized in December 2014, has a web page at http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~kydaahs/index.htm, on which I have posted all the African-American records I can find (still in process of transcribing more). Please check the "History" page for documents dealing with African-American residents of Boyle and surrounding counties. I will gladly research ANY and ALL Black families in the county, as it will add to the information we have, and further the study of the African American experience here in Boyle, and surrounding, counties.
