James A. PHILLIPS and family are listed in the 1880 Wilson Co., KS. census, houshold 74-75.

The only children listed in the houshold in 1880 were Effa, age 4, and Missouri, age 1.

I do not know anything further about this family, and if anyone has the 1900 Wilson Co., KS. census and can check for them in it, if they are found, I would very much appreciate receiving a transcription of what it says for them.
